Having been in the Real Estate business for over 35 years, Karen Taniyama has distinguished herself as a representative for major owners and Corporations, making her one of the top Commercial Brokers in the State.

With a prior career in the Banking Industry, she began her Real Estate career in 1986 and has been invloved in Marketing Development, Leasing and Sales, of many large Real Estate projects.  Ms. Taniyama has an extensive list of clients recognized and respected nationally, as well as locally.

 In 2016, Ms. Taniyama opened COMMERCIAL RESIDENTIAL CONSULTANTS to incorporate the sale of Residential Real Estate due to requests received from her clientele.
